What Pickle Ledger is

Pickle Ledger is an accounting agent for Telegram group chats. It reads payment screenshots posted in groups you choose to track, extracts the payment details, and keeps them in a ledger with a web dashboard. These terms are written in plain language on purpose; by creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need only an email address to sign up. Keep your password to yourself: anyone with your login can see your books. You are responsible for the groups you choose to track; only track chats where you have the right to do so.

One account per business is the intent. The partner feature exists so a second person can post expenses; it is not a way to resell access.

Fair use

Use Pickle Ledger for lawful bookkeeping. Do not use it to harass anyone, to break Telegram's own terms, to probe or overload our systems, or to log records for activity that is illegal where you live. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or its referral program.

Billing, the trial, and cancellation

Every account starts with a free 14-day trial. No card, no personal information, no strings.

Subscriptions are paid in Bitcoin or USDT and verified manually by a human. Because we never store a payment method, we can never auto-charge you. Ever. Your subscription simply runs out unless you choose to renew. It is the calmest cancellation policy in software.

Referral months and promotional months are added on top of paid time. Confirmed payments for time already granted are non-refundable; if something goes wrong with a payment, message us and we will sort it out like humans.

Accuracy of your books

The agent is very good at reading payment screenshots, and every entry can be corrected or voided in seconds, in chat or on the dashboard. But screenshots can be blurry, forged, or ambiguous, and no automated reader is perfect. You are responsible for reviewing your ledger; Pickle Ledger is a bookkeeping aid, not a substitute for your own judgment.

Availability

We work to keep the agent online around the clock, but no service is up 100% of the time, and we also depend on Telegram itself. If the agent misses a message during downtime, you can always add the entry manually. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or missed messages.

Liability, in plain words

You use Pickle Ledger to keep records; the money in your groups moves entirely outside our service, between you and your members. We are not a payment processor, a bank, or a party to your transactions.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Ending things

You can stop any time: untrack your groups, export your books, and ask us to delete your account via the Suggestions button, and we erase it permanently. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with export access to your data where lawful.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and notify you on your dashboard. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
