Your books are yours. Your chats stay yours too.

The short version

Your agent logs payments, not conversations. It stores the payment details it extracts, keeps them in a ledger only you can see, and ignores everything else. We collect the minimum we need to run the service, we never sell data, and you can walk away with your books at any time.

What the agent reads in your chats

The agent only acts on two things in a tracked group: payment screenshots, and messages that mention it by name (manual logs, corrections, and questions). Regular conversation is not logged, not stored, and not used for anything.

When a payment screenshot is posted, the agent reads it once to extract the payment details: amount, date, platform, and the name shown on the payment. The screenshot itself is processed and discarded. We do not keep a copy of your images.

Our internal system logs are deliberately minimal: they record event types and record IDs only, never message contents, captions, amounts, or names.

What we store

Your account: the email address you signed up with and your linked Telegram ID. That is all we ask for. No phone number, no legal name, no address, no card.

Your ledger: the payment entries extracted from screenshots or added manually (amount, date, platform, counterparty name, optional tag and notes), plus the titles of the groups you track.

Billing: if you subscribe, the transaction hash you submit for verification. Because payment is in Bitcoin or USDT, we never see or store a card number, bank account, or billing address.

How your data is protected

Every connection to Pickle Ledger is encrypted in transit with TLS, and data is encrypted at rest by our database provider.

Each customer's ledger is isolated with database-level row security: your account can only ever query rows that belong to it. Admin access is limited, logged, and used only to operate the service.

The site ships strict security headers, write operations are rate-limited to prevent abuse, and the database is backed up daily.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Period.

Like nearly every online service, we rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run: our hosting, database, and the AI service that reads payment screenshots. Each processes only what is needed to perform its function, and none of them are permitted to use your data for anything else.

We disclose data only if the law genuinely requires it.

Your data is yours

Export everything at any time with the one-click CSV export on your Entries page, or download a monthly statement from the Overview. No lock-in, no export fee, no asking permission.

Want your account and every trace of your ledger deleted? Send us one message via the Suggestions button on your dashboard and we will erase it. Deletion is permanent.

If your subscription lapses, your data is not held hostage: logging pauses, your existing books remain yours to export.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so plainly on this page and, for material changes, notify you on your dashboard.
