+Does the agent read my whole group chat?
No. It only acts on payment screenshots and on messages aimed at it, meaning a mention or a direct reply to it. Regular conversation is never logged or stored, and even our internal system logs record event types only, never message contents or names.
+What happens to the screenshots?
Each screenshot is read once to extract the payment details (amount, date, platform, name), then discarded. We do not keep a copy of your images. Only the extracted ledger entry is stored, in a ledger that only your account can see.
+How is my data protected?
Every connection is encrypted in transit, data is encrypted at rest, and each customer's ledger is isolated with database-level row security, so your account can only ever see its own rows. Daily backups, strict security headers, and rate limits round it out.
+What do I need to sign up?
Just an email address. No card, no phone number, no personal information. The 14-day trial is fully unlocked.
+What if someone posts a fake or duplicate screenshot?
Duplicates are detected and flagged so nothing counts twice, and any entry can be corrected or voided in seconds, either by replying in the chat or from the dashboard. You always have the final say over your books.
+Can I run shared books with a business partner?
Yes. Send /tracker in a group you share and it becomes one two-sided ledger. Every payment lands whole on one partner's side, the dashboard shows both sides plus the running difference between you, and every correction is logged with who made it. Both partners see the same live numbers.
+Can I ask it questions about my books?
Yes. Mention the agent in a tracked group and ask things like "how much did I collect this week?". Every answer is computed from your ledger, never made up. You can also log payments by direct message and the agent files them to whichever group or tracker you name.
+Why is billing in Bitcoin?
Privacy and control. Because we never store a card or bank account, we physically cannot auto-charge you, and there is no payment data to leak. A human verifies each payment, and your subscription simply runs out unless you choose to renew.
+Can I take my data and leave?
Any time. One-click CSV export of every entry, downloadable monthly statements, and full account deletion on request. Your books are yours.
